Get active while enjoying nature and friendship with this fun class taught by Lisa, a certified Yoga instructor. This program will take place on the deAngeli Branch Lawn.

Storytime with Miss Kathy! All ages welcome, crafts best for preschool-elementary ages.

Music and playtime for little learners! Friday Friends can help children develop social skills by playing with their peers. Kids of all ages with an adult are welcome to join, but best for pre-school ages.

If you enjoy reading and sharing books with other adults, check out the LDL Book Discussion Group. This book discussion group usually meets the fourth Friday of each month at 11:30 am at the Marguerite deAngeli Branch Library.

The Needle Arts Club will meet on the second Tuesday of the month from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Hadley Branch Library. Bring your crochet, knit, or other needle art project for an enjoyable afternoon with other like-minded crafters.

The Knitters Group meets at the Metamora Branch Library on Thursdays from 1-3pm in the meeting room. Participants are welcome to gather to knit or do other crafts that can be hand carried. No paints or other liquids allowed.

This program will feature the new rules that will be in effect for the 2024 elections including Early Voting, Permanent Mail Voter List, Improvements to Absentee Voting, Election Integrity, Voter ID and other topics.

Anyone interested in crochet, knitting felting, sewing, spinning weaving or any other fiber art is welcome. All skill levels are welcome!

Practice your reading with a friendly buddy! Registration is required. Each child will have up to 15 minutes to read with either Mocha or Gemma. 

Child Tutoring: Tutoring is for elementary children between grades 1st through 4th who need assistance in reading and/or math. Kids will have one-to-one instruction with a trained tutor.

TLC helps make the library a better place for teens. Meeting at the deAngeli Branch Library on the third Thursday of the month. Meetings take place in the fiction area on the second floor of the building.
