Disability Network Eastern Michigan (DNEM) is proud to serve resident in residents of Lapeer County as well as Huron, Macomb, Oakland, Sanilac, St. Clair and Tuscola counties as a community resource, especially for persons with disabilities who wish to live independently.

The Family Literacy Center of Lapeer is a 501c3 organization providing one-to-one and small group tutoring for adults in the thumb area of Michigan, helping people in our community reach their literacy and employment goals.
