Join us for superhero training with Captain America! Event will take place on the deAngeli Branch lawn. In case of bad weather, patrons will contacted about rain location. 

Join us out on the deAngeli lawn for some stories and play with chalk and listen to music afterward. Bring a towel to sit on. No registration required.

Join your botanically inclined friends for a plant swap. Plants and seedlings of all kinds are welcome - succulents, garden starts, house plants, full grown plants, etc. This program will take place on the deAngeli Branch Lawn.

Celebrate the dog days of summer with FREE popcorn! Available while supplies last. 

The Knitters Group meets at the Metamora Branch Library on Thursdays from 1-3pm in the meeting room. Participants are welcome to gather to knit or do other crafts that can be hand carried. No paints or other liquids allowed.

 Adults are invited to bring fiber art projects they’re working on like crochet, knitting, embroidery, tatting or other fiber art projects during the meeting and enjoy an afternoon of friendly camaraderie with local crafters.

Practice your reading with a friendly buddy! Registration is required. Each child will have up to 15 minutes to read with either Mocha or Gemma. 

Child Tutoring: Tutoring is for elementary children between grades 1st through 4th who need assistance in reading and/or math. Kids will have one-to-one instruction with a trained tutor.

Support groups create a safe, confidential, supportive environment or community and a chance for participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships.
