Purpose of Meeting
We have a person that is buying a home in Lapeer, and will be coming from work and we just need somewhere that he and his wife can sign the papers in private. They do not have a home there now and the title company and my office are not close. The buyer works in Carsonville, and Lapeer is the closest we can get for him and his wife that will be coming from Metemora to meet.
We only need approx an hour. All we need is a quite room, table and chairs.
